Privacy: Milk Please, Mommy does NOT sell or share your personal or order information - period! Your phone number and e-mail address are used strictly for the purpose of contacting you about your order, if needed, and to update you on new store products and happenings. On occasion, I may run specials and send out an informative newsletter that you may find useful. If you do not wish to be included in this mailing list, please let me know and you will be removed from it immediately.

Payments: We accept credit cards through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, we can invoice you through Paypal and you can make a one-time payment, without having to set up an account.

You are also welcome to pay by money order (if you are outside of Canada, please ensure that it is an international money order) or personal cheque. All cheques will have to clear before shipping.

Finally, if you are in the Toronto area and would like to arrange for pick-up of your jewelry, you may pay in cash at time of pick-up. Please contact me if you would like to choose this payment option.

NURSING NECKLACES

Guarantee: Milk Please, Mommy's Tickled Pink Designs Nursing Necklaces are guaranteed for one year. Should yours break during that time, send the beads back for re-stringing, free of charge. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your nursing necklace, return it postmarked within 14 days (30 days for U.S. and International orders), and receive a full refund. Please include the reason for dissatisfaction to ensure better service in the future!

Disclaimer: As confident as I am about these nursing necklaces, every parent must be aware of the possibility of rare, unforeseen accidents. As such, no child under the age of 3 years should be left with this tool unsupervised. Over the age of 3 years, use caution and be sure that rules of safety are clearly explained: don't use near machinery, at the playground, while sleeping, etc. Don't chew beads or swing necklace around. Strange things happen everyday. Better to be extra-cautious than extra-sorry. By purchasing a Milk Please, Mommy/Tickled Pink Designs Necklace, you agree that you are held fully responsible for anything that happens while you or your baby or anyone you know is in possession of this necklace. Milk Please, Mommy will NOT be held responsible for ANYTHING in regards to your purchase and any accidents that might happen. Beads, in general, are a known choking hazard. Your baby could die from a loose bead that has made its way into your baby's mouth, and you agree that this is not the responsibility of Milk Please, Mommy. If you are not confident in the safety of this product and/or you do not agree to use it wisely and never leave it alone with your baby, then please don't buy it. Not only do I not want to be sued, I don't want anything bad to happen to anyone's sweet, innocent little baby. And neither do you, so treat your necklace with care, as you would a cooking knife, scissors, glue, etc. None of these things are inherently bad but bad things can happen if a baby is held responsible for their use! Please, don't be the first careless buyer!

MOTHER'S JEWELRY/ PRINCESS COLLECTION

Safety Instructions for Children’s Jewelry: Milk Please, Mommy is always concerned for the safety of your little ones. Please remember that our jewelry contains small parts. Never leave infants and small children unsupervised with these products. These keepsake gifts are intended to be cherished family mementos and are not intended for play.

Handmade Jewelry Sizes and Resizing: Please follow our size guidelines as closely as possible. If you have any questions or just are not sure of the gift size, contact us or purchase a gift certificate in place of the item. If there is an error in length made on our part according to the length you ordered (plus or minus 1/8 inch), we will resize your bracelet for free and ship it back to you for free. Handmade necklaces or bracelets that need resized due to a measurement error by the client, will incur a resizing charge. Resizing charges for bracelets are $10.00. For multi-strand bracelets there will be an additional $5.00 charge per strand charge (plus return shipping) Please contact me by telephone or e-mail for return instructions or questions.


Maintenance and General Jewelry Care: Depending on your individual lifestyle and wear and tear on your necklace or bracelet you should have your it periodically restrung to prevent breakage or loss. Milk Please, Mommy uses the strongest jewelry wire suitable for our bracelets/necklaces but with wear and tear the wire does eventually need replacing. Following these few tips will lengthen the period of time between maintenance re-stringing.

• Remove your jewelry for sleeping.
• Remove your jewelry during sporting activities.
• Remove your Beaded Jewelry while cleaning, swimming or taking a shower. Chemicals used during these activities are hard on all jewelry and WILL damage silver.

Guarantee Milk Please, Mommy is committed to providing you with jewelry that you love. During the first 30 days of purchase, any repairs to your jewelry required due to assembly error will be repaired free of charge. Problems that occur after 30 days, or that are caused by the client, will be repaired for a minimal fee plus shipping costs to return the jewelry to us. Proof of purchase will be required in order for us to repair your jewelry. Please contact me for repair costs and return shipping instructions.
